By accessing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use set forth below and other terms and conditions in relation to the Site, including but not limited to confidentiality and FAQs, which constitute an integral part of the Terms of Use (“Terms”). You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Site.

Please note that we may change, modify, add and delete these Terms at any time without prior notice. Terms must be read periodically. By continuing to use this Site after such changes to the Terms, visitors, users or Registered Users (“you” or “users”) agree and agree to the changes. If you use any of our other services, then your use is based on compliance and acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable to those services.

  2. Prices can change at any time and prices and bookings are not binding without an advance payment with confirmation.
  3. All price changes and information will be informed through the www.elreyfastboat.com website
  4. www.elreyfastboat.com is working hours and services are daily from 08.00-22.00 and all communication (Via WhatsApp, email & telephone.) and order processing can be done during these working hours. We will respond as soon as possible.
  5. Insurance protection is the responsibility of each fast boat company.
  6. All times shown are WITA / UTC+08:00.
  7. Each passenger has luggage space.
  8. Fast Boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida can have transit to multiple ports, we are not responsible for any changes. all will be the responsibility of each fast boat company.
  9. www.elreyfastboat.com, only accepts rescheduling and cancellation requests according to policy.
  10. www.elreyfastboat.com is not responsible for changes/delays in speedboat departure times.
  11. www.elreyfastboat.com, is not responsible for the cancellation of speedboat departures due to real situations and conditions beyond control such as big waves, bad weather, speedboat damage. Customers can request rescheduling or cancellation by contacting us.
  12. Please check-in at least 30 minutes before departure.
  13. If a foreign national passenger has ordered a ticket but chose a local price and cannot show an Indonesian ID card at check-in, then the e-ticket is declared invalid.

Service Order

  1. Reservations can be made by Booking Online via the Booking Website, WhatsApp, and Email.
  2. When placing an order, make sure the data you send is correct Starting from Name, Date, Time, Contact No., Email Address, Number of Participants.
  3. Make sure you read carefully Starting from Name, Date, Time, Contact No., Email Address, Number of Participants, Itinerary and Tour facilities on the reservation confirmation letter that we send to you via email or WhatsApp.
  4. Errors in sending and confirming the data we sent to you above, can cause your trip to fail, we are not responsible for data errors after we send tour confirmation to you.

Payment method

    1. Payment is made in the amount and currency as stated without any guarantor bank fees or other charges by www.elreyfastboat.com
    2. www.elreyfastboat.com does not collect taxes or levies. Any tax charges will be borne by the user.
    3. For all forms of reservation, you must make payment before the specified time limit. If payment is not made, then www.elreyfastboat.com reserves the right to cancel all reservations or ignore the booking process.
    4. Payment methods include but are not limited to bank transfers and credit cards. For payment by bank transfer, you must provide a bank transfer receipt as proof of payment for the reservation listed in the www.elreyfastboat.com confirmation email. You must follow the procedure contained in the confirmation email.
    5. For other payment methods such as credit cards, you must follow the procedures stated by www.elreyfastboat.com and/or the relevant payment service provider.
    6. Once you have made your full payment, www.elreyfastboat.com will place your order and issue a booking code, which will be accompanied by:
        • Order Code;
        • Customer's name;
        • Order Number;
        • Order Details; and
        • Phone Number/Extension.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by El Rey Fast Cruise

If a trip is cancelled by El Rey Fast Cruise due to adverse weather conditions, high waves, natural disasters, vessel mechanical failure, an e-ticket being rejected by boat staff, or unavailable/incomplete onboard facilities, passengers are entitled to either:

a 100% full refund, or
one complimentary reschedule to the next available departure (subject to seat availability).

2. Cancellation by Passenger

The following cancellation charges apply based on the scheduled departure date:

  • 7 days or more before departure: A 30% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • 2 to 6 days before departure: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure or No-Show: A 100% cancellation fee will apply. No refund will be issued.

3. No Chargeback Policy

  • By completing the booking and payment, passengers acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Customers are not permitted to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their credit card issuer, bank, or payment provider for cancellations or services handled in accordance with this policy.
  • Any unauthorized chargeback that contradicts these terms may be disputed by El Rey Fast Cruise using the booking records, payment confirmation, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy as supporting evidence.

4. Refund Processing

Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or issuing bank.

Reschedule Policy

  1. Rescheduling from PASSENGER by choosing another schedule from the same FAST BOAT Company a maximum of 12 hours before scheduled departure, rescheduling can be done for free based on the availability of seats on the selected schedule.
  2. If the PASSENGER reschedules by choosing a FAST BOAT Company schedule that is different from the first choice, the Passenger will be subject to a cancellation penalty fee (according to the cancellation policy).
  3. Reschedule with a different FAST BOAT Company from the first choice will be accepted based on seat availability.
